Our hard work and willingness to adapt throughout the challenges faced from COVID-19 was rewarded in Reading, where our flagship aparthotel 100 Kings Road is now ranked second out of 55 in the highly competitive area of speciality lodging.
5 out of our 9 properties are ranked in the top 3 of each individual area, based on guest reviews, and nearly our entire portfolio sits within the top 5 across our 7 town locations. All of our properties are ranked Excellent or Very Good based on scores of 4.5-4 out of 5. We consistently score high in the categories – Location, Cleanliness, Service and Value.

The pandemic has been tough on all of us, but again it has been great to hear that you have confidence in us and that our Covid procedures have been well received.
