Originally launched in 2020, our co-working environment at our flagship aparthotel, 100 Kings Road, Reading, is proving highly popular with guests. Originally a lounge, it was converted to create a co-working environment, perfect to support the needs of our business guests.
The co-working lounge provides a desirable space for working amongst others in a social environment with refreshments, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The area is popular for a variety of reasons, whether in person meetings, Zoom calls or just for writing emails or reading, it also allows guests to enjoy ice cold beverages and socialise with other guests.
At House of Fisher’s 100 Kings Road guests can enjoy reliable, high-speed internet access and air conditioning throughout our building and within our lounge, essential for remote working. A large TV is fixed to the wall and easily viewed throughout the lounge, providing flexible benefits for residents. During the day guests can keep up to date with breaking news and business developments throughout the world and in the evening the TV is available for leisure use, for example enjoying any of the action from Sky Sports in a social environment along with other guests.
Previous visitors will note the new décor and contemporary look achieved through our ‘midnight blue’ feature wall. With new Comfortable furnishings include a wide range of seating areas with tables and chairs through to cosy lounge sofas.
100 Kings Road, Reading offers a range of studio, 1bed, 2bed and 3bed serviced apartments. Throughout the entire building is air conditioning, providing a comfortable environment for guests and visitors. We have onsite parking available, perfect for guests welcoming external visitors to conduct meetings at our new co-working lounge area. Our incredible Guest Services team are readily available and on hand 24/7 at our front desk reception and throughout the building to cater to the needs of our guests and their visitors.
