We are a family run company, established for over 20 years, that own and operate aparthotels and serviced apartments in central locations for both short term and long-term stays.

Our apartments are a superior alternative to a hotel, providing you with your own kitchen, separate living and sleeping areas and includes bedding, towels and cooking utensils. A dedicated Guest Services team is available to you 24 hours a day, as well as a weekly housekeeping service, high levels of security, free WiFi and Sky TV.

What is an Aparthotel?

An aparthotel is a group of serviced apartments in one building which offers facilities similar to a hotel with common areas like a lobby area and reception. Some locations have a 24-hour reception, whereas other aparthotels still operate with a self-check in service.

All of our aparthotels are owned and operated by us and we provide you with a wide selection of executive studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Our prestigious 100 Kings Road Aparthotel has our manned 24-hour guest reception, key card entry, guest lounge with large flat screen TV with Sky (including sports), and tea & coffee facilities along with a rooftop terrace , for all of our guests to use.

In addition there is an onsite separate gym (Buzz Gym) and car parking, all within just a 7-minute walk from the town centre. Our other aparthotels offer a self-check-in service. Inside the aparthotels are fully furnished serviced apartments, with a fully equipped kitchen including; oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing/dryer as well as having a double bed, living area and bathroom/ensuite.

Apartments can be in the form of a studio (1 bedroom with integrated living room and kitchen) as well as traditional 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Bathrooms are generally allocated per the number of bedrooms, e.g. a 2-bedroom apartment would typically consist of an ensuite shower and a separate main bathroom, making them ideal for sharers.

Serviced apartments are often more cost effective than hotels due to the guest’s ability to share as prices are per apartment, not per person, as well as having no additional Internet or room service charges. Serviced apartments typically have 30% more space than a standard hotel room, due to the separate living and kitchen areas.

I’m used to travelling around the world lodging in serviced accommodation. It was a very clean and spacious apartment. The location is about 5 mins walk of the city center and commercial area. Simply the best serviced apartment for money ever!
