Farnborough Airshow 2024- FIA2024
The Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) is a flagship event in the aerospace and defence industries, held biennially and next scheduled for 2026. The 2024 edition, which took place from 22nd to 26th July, marked a significant milestone as the first major event since Covid-19 to reconnect colleagues from around the world, fostering business growth and recovery.
As the second-largest airshow globally, following the Paris Air Show, the 2024 FIA achieved remarkable figures. It attracted over 100,000 visitors, 1,427 exhibitors from 41 countries, and generated more than $105.8 billion in commercial aircraft and engine orders, contributing £13bn to the UK economy.
Royal Ascot 2025
Royal Ascot is a prestigious British horse racecourse located in Ascot, Berkshire, England, renowned for hosting top-tier thoroughbred horse racing. The event, which offers over £10 million in prize money, is one of the UK’s most prominent and celebrated race meetings. Royal Ascot enjoys a long-standing association with the British Royal Family, with the racecourse situated approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) from Windsor Castle. The event remains a symbol of tradition, elegance, and high society, attracting global attention each year.
Newbury Races
Newbury Racecourse is over 100 years old and combines heritage with everything a modern sporting and events venue can offer. Known as a horse racecourse and events venue in the civil parish of Greenham, adjoining the town of Newbury in Berkshire, England.
Reading Festival 2025
The Reading Festival is an annual music event held in Reading, England. The festival takes place over the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend (the final weekend in August) at Little John’s Farm, located on Richfield Avenue in the heart of Reading, close to Caversham Bridge.
Reading University Graduation Ceremonies 2025
Reading University, founded in 1926, has been at the forefront of UK higher education for nearly a century. It was originally established as an extension of the College of the University of Oxford, but it is now home to more than 23,000 students. Families and friends often join in for the summer and winter graduation days. The proposed upcoming dates are Tuesday 22nd to Wednesday 30th July (Summer 2025 Graduation Ceremonies) and Wednesday 10th to Friday 12th December (Winter 2025 Graduation Ceremonies).
