Prior to your arrival a Welcome Email will be sent to your contact email address, please make sure we have your direct contact details. This will contain directions and access information for your apartment. If you will be staying at 100 Kings Road in Reading, then please check in with our 24-hrs reception on arrival for access and keys.
On arrival to the location where you will be staying, please check your Welcome Email, as it contains specific instructions for gaining access to your apartment. Note check-in is from 2pm, unless otherwise organised by our team.
Once you have gained access to the building by entering the code for the main door (which can be found in the Welcome Email), the key to your apartment will in most cases be placed inside a small safe next to your apartment door (the code for this safe can also be found in the Welcome Email).
Please take the key with you (at all times), and make sure all the doors shut and lock for security behind you.
Should you have booked a car parking space, please park in one of the designated House of Fisher spaces (usually marked with a House of Fisher sign or the apartment number) and clearly display a parking permit in the windscreen as soon as possible (please refer to the Welcome Email for specific instructions and how to get the permit).
Car Parking spaces are only confirmed to guests who have made a car park reservation prior arrival (even if the car park charges are included in the corporate rate, prior reservation is needed).
Note all penalty charges issued by the relevant Car Parking Management company cannot be cancelled by House of Fisher. Parking onsite is at owner’s risk.
As well as access information, your Welcome Email will cover other essential information for your stay such as WiFi details, post, rubbish disposal and general housekeeping. You can also find other relevant information about your apartment and the local area within the Guest Directory in your apartment.
Please take a moment on arrival to familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation procedure for your apartment and the building. Note all of our apartments and buildings are non-smoking.
