Merry Christmas from the entire House of Fisher team. This year has been a challenging one for so many, personally and in business, ourselves included.
At House of Fisher, we share an optimistic vision. During adversity, we’ve delighted in the incredibly heart-warming achievements of Captain Sir Tom Moore, as well as the inspiring six-year-old double amputee, Tony Hudgell, who have both raised millions for charity. Within our local communities, the list of heroes is endless – with acts of kindness ranging from shopping for the vulnerable, to picking up the phone and speaking with those who are shielding or isolated, and so on.
2020 has been a significant year for our business. We’ve launched our brand new website, making it even easier to book directly online, obtained the ‘We’re Good to Go’ certificate from Visit Britain, as well as the AA’s new ‘COVID Confident’ assessment certificate. And as a fantastic conclusion to the year, we were awarded SME Business of the Year at the 2020 Global ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards – becoming the first company to win this award for twice!
As we enter the season of giving, we would like to extend a special thank you to the dedicated NHS heroes and key workers throughout the UK. It has been our absolute pleasure to support them in our own small way by providing significantly discounted accommodation. We are also incredibly proud of our wonderful #HOFfamily, who have made so many sacrifices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
