Following a successful win of the ‘Highly Commended’ award as part of the global ASAP ‘Team of the Year’ award 2018 and previously winning ASAP ‘SME Business of the Year’ award 2017, House of Fisher are delighted to be shortlisted for ‘Employer of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Awards 2019! House of Fisher takes great pride in fully supporting our entire #HOFfamily, thus ensuring we deliver an outstanding service to our customers, so being shortlisted for the ‘Employer of the Year’ award is a proud achievement.
As reflected by our recent ASAP award, the House of Fisher team are extremely motivated and supportive of each other to achieve success for the company. At House of Fisher the working environment is always friendly and welcoming as though you are a member of a family, which contributes to the hard work the team exhibits daily.
The Thames Valley is the hub where House of Fisher operates a portfolio of nearly 200 serviced apartments, so entering these awards and being recognised as one of the leading employers within this area is a satisfying achievement. Last year House of Fisher were shortlisted as ‘SME of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Awards 2018, a fine reflection on an impressive year of growth.
Managing Director, Trine Oestergaard Stafford, displays excellent leadership and management skills, always taking into consideration and listening to the team’s queries, ideas, worries or concerns. She is highly respected within the company and everyone loves working alongside her. The #HOFfamily are always engaged with the company’s values and strive to achieve success for our customers and the company, we are therefore all delighted to be shortlisted for this award.
Helping our employees reach their full potential is of huge importance for us. House of Fisher have invested heavily into team training, which has been provided throughout the year to develop employees’ skills further. The House of Fisher team love taking part in these training days as it means they can broaden their skill set and continuously learn. We have been delighted to promote several of the team who have showed excellent commitment and potential, rewarding their efforts. Therefore, being shortlisted for ‘Employer of the Year’ is a proud moment as House of Fisher care greatly about the welfare and development of our team members.
