The investment into a new website started at the beginning of the year and was instigated following thorough research of the user experience on our former website. The key aim for the project was to create a new website that provides an easy and practical experience for our customers. We have made significant changes to the navigation and customer journey, based on our extensive research and implementing the latest software developments to provide a new, unbeatable website user experience.
