A major enhancement in this year’s accreditation process was the transition from the long-standing spreadsheet-based workflow to ISAAP’s new digital accreditation platform, powered by Key Dials Ltd. This platform represents a major leap forward in the accreditation process, bringing significant improvements in transparency, efficiency and ease of use.

We were honoured to be invited by ISAAP to act as the first serviced accommodation operator to test and trial the new digital platform. Our Operations Manager, Cristina, played an instrumental role by evaluating each function, submitting detailed feedback and helping identify improvements.

Her collaboration with Stephen Martin, the ISAAP team and Key Dials contributed to refinements that will benefit providers across the entire industry.

Our involvement continued as House of Fisher was invited to the official launch of ISAAP 1.0: Smart Accreditation for Responsible Accommodation Providers, hosted at Cisco’s London offices.
