The House of Fisher Guest Services Team are renowned for industry leading service. An example of this was recently demonstrated when Michèle Minnebo, HR Business partner of Verizon Enterprise Solutions, stayed at our Flagship 100 Kings Road Serviced Apartments. Michèle called Guest Services in despair having dropped one of her diamond earrings in the bathroom sink. The earring was irreplaceable, a family heirloom received from her late grandmother…
After closer inspection it was confirmed the earring had fallen deep within the pipe and out of sight. Despite this Nandor Sasvari from our Guest Services Team really wanted to help our upset customer. He undertook the challenge of taking apart the back of the sink, removing the unpleasant build up that forms within pipes and searching for the valuable possession. Nandor was successful and after a rinse, returned the diamond earring to a delighted Michèle.
