The House of Fisher apprenticeship programme is designed to enable young people to earn while they learn! Apprentices will achieve an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Business Administration as well as gaining vital work experience in a busy and vibrant office.

Who is it for?

Our programme is for anyone aged between 16 – 24 years, looking to continue studying while working.

Do I need previous work experience?

No, but you will need lots of enthusiasm and be willing and ready to learn new skills. We will coach you, develop your confidence and improve your knowledge and skills set.

Will I need to attend college?

Yes! You will spend one day every fortnight in college where you will study the theory of Business Administration. This will be with an apprenticeship provider such as Chiltern Training or Key Training. Your dedicated tutor will also visit you in the workplace to conduct reviews and assessments.

How long will it take?

It is a 12 month programme and you will receive a fixed term contract of employment. You will work full-time at our HQ in Theale, Berkshire.

Will I get paid?

Yes, you will earn as you learn! Full details available upon application.

Will I need to be interviewed?

Yes we interview all of our potential apprentices. Not only is this best practice in a professional workplace but it is great experience for professional development.

How do I apply?

If a Business Administration apprenticeship is right for you, please send your CV and a detailed covering letter to careers@houseoffisher.com. We have been running this programme successfully since 2013. Click here to read what our apprentice Niall has to say about his experience at House of Fisher.
