3. Break out of prison at Puzzalogical Escape Rooms
If you are looking to be challenged and have some fun at the same time then an escape room might just be perfect for you. Puzzalogical have multiple types of escape rooms to keep you entertained with one of them being ‘The Secret Of The Vault’ where you and your team have 60 minutes to think outside of the box and break into a vault, which has a 12 inch thick walls and a 6 inch steel door. If you are a fan of the show Prison Break then the escape room ‘Prison Break’ is perfect for you. You and your friends have been locked up in HMP Bracknell and have nothing but your wits! You must outsmart the guards to escape to freedom. If neither of those are to your liking then Pharaoh’s Mystery (coming soon) is what you’ve been waiting for. You and your team of cunning archaeologist’s have stepped inside Pharaoh’s Tomb and must solve the ancient puzzles to unravel Pharaoh’s Mystery.
Not only are escape rooms lots of fun, they can help you develop and further improve your skills, better communication being the main one, as they promote group discussions while working under pressure using the analysis of information to move forward. Becoming a team player is another valuable skill that escape rooms teach as the games require a variety of different skills to work together.

4. Take in beautiful nature at Swinley Forest
Swinley Forest is one of the most beautiful places in all of Bracknell, with 2,600 acres of gentle hills from Bracknell to Crowthorne. While you are there, make sure to check out the Look Out as a base to explore the surrounding area. Don’t be afraid to get lost as the Look Out reception sells a map with three planned routes marked on it. Maps cost as little as £1 and the routes can range from one to five miles per route.
If walking isn’t something you want to do then the Look Out has a bike hub offering bike hire services. Three bike routes are marked out in colours with green being the beginner route, blue the intermediate route and red being the advanced route. If you would like a more peaceful ride then you may prefer the wide forest tracks which are shared with walkers and stretch for miles.
Swinley Forest once surrounded Swinley Lodge where the King kept the Royal Staghounds in Georgian times. Swinley Forest is only an 8 minute drive from our aparthotel in Beneficial House with parking available daily from 7am to 8:30pm.

6. Go Ape!
Go Ape is an adventure-activity chain venue where groups explore the forest canopy via a treetop rope course. Located in Swinley Forest, we already know the views from up high are going to be astonishing for the eye to see. Tree-to-tree obstacles last for around 2-3 hours and are designed to get the adrenaline pumping and the heart thumping. Should you get hungry or thirsty from all this adventure, you can grab a lovely drink and a snack from the coffee shop or, with all the surrounding tables and benches, you can bring your own picnic.
Two main adventures you can choose from are the treetop challenge, which is the Goliath of their high rope adventures and will test your nerves and head for heights, or a segway with spectacular off-road trails which is possibly the most fun to have on two wheels in the woods.
Located in Swinley Forest, parking is available from 7am to 8:30pm daily only, being an 8 minute drive from our aparthotel in Beneficial House.
7. Buy handmade pottery from Lili Pottery
Lilian has been running Lili Pottery since 2016, currently due to the Covid-19 restrictions Lilian has had to relocate to her home but still offers mobile and takeaway services which we would definitely recommend.
If you like your pottery to be colourful and vibrant, they offer dozens of paints and textures and you can choose up to 6 for your pottery. Whatever your age or experience, you will be able to create a wonderful piece to treasure. Once you have painted your masterpiece you can get it glazed where your rich colours get transformed and create a smooth, tactile finish. Don’t worry, there are plenty of pottery styles to choose from, their most favorite being the Japanese Delight which is a Japanese Doll but also a moneybox, so you can save up your money for your next pottery excursion. If you would like to create something for your loved-ones then we would recommend their Beautiful Heart Dish, since there’s no gift better than something handmade and from the heart.
With the relocation, the delivery has to be within a 5 mile radius of Warfield. Luckily, Warfield is only 3 miles from our aparthotel at Beneficial House so you can enjoy your pottery, send it back to Lili Pottery to get glazed, and expect it to be sent back to your luxurious apartment at Beneficial House.
