As a company who pride ourselves on excellent customer service, House of Fisher invested in ReviewPro last year. ReviewPro is one of the world leaders in Guest Intelligence solutions for the hospitality industry, providing advanced analytics from guest feedback. With 6 months of valuable data collected from our guests we are taking this opportunity to reflect and demonstrate the value this has provided.
The feedback and ratings show individual performances at each of our 13 locations across Reading, Newbury, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Basingstoke, Camberley and Farnborough examining areas such as accommodation standards, staff performance and the overall guest experience. Throughout the first six months we were delighted to see a high, consistent performance across the booking process, arrival experience, the apartment and overall feeling of value. The area in which we have seen the most significant improvement was the staff rating, going from strong to excellent! This is a wonderful reflection on the House of Fisher team and their personal development under the guidance and investment from management.
As well as providing ratings, all guests have the opportunity to write personalised comments about their stay and to highlight individual staff members. This honest feedback is paramount for our business moving forward as we strive to exceed our customer expectations and put the customer at the forefront. Following the feedback we now include black out blinds within the bedrooms of all new properties and after refurbishment projects, creating a tranquil resting environment for our guests. These blinds feature in Tamesis Place, Reading and Solstice House, Farnborough We thank all of our guests for the taking the time to provide both positive and constructive feedback. Guests can rest assured every comment is carefully and individually considered.
