As a Serviced Apartment provider with 13 locations across Reading, Newbury, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Basingstoke, Camberley and Farnborough, we feel that the  customer experience is paramount to our offering.

To ensure we constantly strive to achieve the highest standards of customer service and experience, all guests have the opportunity to provide feedback through ReviewPro. This system has been implemented the last 6 months, providing management and the team with valuable feedback. House of Fisher understand that 9 to 5, Monday to Friday support is not an acceptable option for our corporate and leisure guests. We are proud that our amazing Guest Services Team provide 24/7 support, 365 days a year. Whatever time of day or night, this fantastic team greet or speak to our guests enthusiastically and always ready to help.

While this phrase may be a popular promise in business, our Guest Services Team truly do deliver it, in fact, it is a mantra that leads their conduct. Over the past 20 years House of Fisher have hundreds of examples where we have ‘gone the extra mile’. It is such a regular occurrence from our team that this feels like the norm to us and part of our job, however it’s always great to hear the positive feedback again from our guests directly.

They are available via telephone or in person at the guest reception desk at our flagship, 100 Kings Road Reading Aparthotel.
