House of Fisher has introduced Track and Trace via the NHS app throughout our entire portfolio of aparthotels and serviced apartments, to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and in line with government guidance.
It is highly recommended that we all download the free NHS COVID-19 app, The app has a number of tools to protect you, including contact tracing, local area alerts and venue check-in. A specific QR code has been added to all of our locations, enabling visitors and guests to ‘check-in’ using the app.
Safety of Guests and Employees
We have acted quickly throughout the pandemic to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. Measures include quarantine apartments, ‘no-touch’ check-ins, 24/7 support from our Guest Services team, enforcing gaps between guest stays and new industry specific chemicals used to ensure high standards of apartment cleans.
