Going the Extra Mile

One of the best examples of the #HOFfamily going the extra mile was when our guest Michèle called Guest Services in despair having dropped one of her diamond earrings in the bathroom sink. Each one of them has high standards when it comes to friendliness, so much appreciated. A special thanks goes out to Nandor, as he went above and beyond yesterday to fix a problem.”

We love getting guest feedback and its fantastic to see so many of our staff being mentioned on a daily basis. Everyone from our Reservations and Sales teams, to our Guest Services team on the front line to our Operational teams, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Our teams go out of their way to deliver an excellent service to each guest.

Alastair was polite, kind, patient, and very informative. He answered all my questions and even helped me with a few restaurant recommendations. Absolutely amazing experience!! Craig was very welcoming as well, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall.”

“I travelled down to the apartment late on Tuesday evening, I totally forgot to arrange the parking. Called Guest Services and Craig was really helpful and got it sorted instantly, it may not sound like much, but due to some recent poor customer service experience with Travel Lodge, I will definitely be booking an apartment with HOF again!”
